Two-tower community planning concept

Concept only; not the current Purva Skye master plan, project geometry or a scale drawing.

Artist’s impression

A Purva Skye master-plan review should begin with the current development scale, then move to geometry only when the dated project drawing is available. The record describes roughly 3.03 acres, two towers, 192 apartments and a vertical schedule of three basements, ground level and 24 upper floors. This frames questions about circulation and shared infrastructure, but it does not establish tower placement or open-space percentages.

On the current plan, locate the legal boundary, north point, entrance and exit, fire-tender route, basement ramps, visitor movement, service access and emergency assembly areas. Identify the tower labels and compare their spacing, lift cores, drop-offs and relationship to landscape or shared facilities. Tie each observation to the drawing revision rather than a brochure image.

The three basement levels deserve separate attention. Ask how resident parking, visitor parking, accessible bays, loading, waste movement, utilities and fire access are distributed. Check whether the selected tower has a clear pedestrian path from parking and arrival to the lift lobby, and whether service circulation crosses resident movement.

The image on this page is a generic conceptual planning study, not the current Purva Skye layout. Use it only to organise questions. A purchase comparison should rely on the sanctioned or currently issued plan carrying the same project identity, phase and revision as the selected apartment drawing and commercial sheet.
